Artillery2 The Effect Keyboard
The Artillery concept is as simple as effective: Effects are assigned to keyzones and can be triggered with MIDI notes in an intuitive and extremely flexible way. This way you are able to perform hair-raising sequences, and playfully put the effects you want in the places you want, whenever you want.
Artillery 2 provides 28 innovative effects and unlimited creative possibilities: turn an EQ into a multiband comp with a set of envelope followers, let a looper scratch its buffer using a stepseq, play pitched delaytimes on the keyboard, or let ringmodulator ́s pitches jam along the transients of your audio signals. Even a vocoder with internal synth is included, just drag a keyboard zone, assign the vocoder and play it!
Use Artillery 2 to do magic with your tracks or live signals on stage, in your VST/AU compatible DJ software or in your studio setup.
Artillery 2 received the ‚Innovation-Award’ by Computer Music.
Artillery is a multi effect. Effects are assigned to keyboard zones and enabled with midi notes.
Each effect parameter has its own modulation engine containing LFO, Envelope, Envelope Follower and Step Sequencer.
The note position inside the effect zone can control parameters. Each effect has an envelope for Dry/Wet Control. Included Effects
Standard Delay: a normal delay with synced delaytimes. Diffusion Delay: a delay with diffusion parameter Filter Delay: a delay with included 24db multimode filter and resonance. Reverb: the first reverb where all parameters an be modulated. Tonal Delay: tonalized delaytimes can be played with midinotes. Filter Eq: a parametric 4band EQ. Multimode Filter: includes 24 db HP/BP/LP and a Comb Filter. Vowel Multimode Filter: 2 Vowels can be morphed using several filtering methods. Vintage Lowpass: fat 8pole lowpass filter with TB303 characteristics.
Amp: Amplitude effect, for creating sequenced gates, compressors, all kinds of amplitude works. Compressor: Reduces the dynamic range and adds punch. Sync Dumper: comopresses the audio signal at sync times, for that disco punch effect.Enveloper: applies an envelope to the audio signal, each time the threshold is crossed.
Looper: repeats the audio signal at synced rates as long as the effect is activated. Step Looper: repeats the audio signal at synced rates but refreshes the repeated signal. Tonal Looper: repeats the audio signal at tonal rates. Reverser: repeats the audio signal in synced rates, but inversed. Pitch: Pitchshifting in semitiones. Turntable: accelerate or brake down the audio signal as possible with a vinyl record. Modulation Flanger: a classical flanger effect Chorus: a classical chorus effect with feedback parameter for sharper tones Phaser: a deep and warm sounding phasing effect. Ring Deluxe: an oscillator is modulated with the audio signal. Special Retro: Bitcrushing and Samplerate reduction. Vocoder: the easiest vocoder in the world. With internal synth. Overdrive: Warm and crunchy. Karaoke: Mix stereo-center and stereo-L/R-edges independently.
